1. Free Worldwide Shipping
Safe Summer offers free shipping on all orders to every destination worldwide, with no minimum order value required. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
2. Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays)
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day, still within 24 hours of that day starting
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched
3. Delivery Times
We aim to get your SafeSleep Pillow to you as quickly as possible. Our target is that 90% of all orders worldwide arrive within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch.
These timeframes apply to the vast majority of orders. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions. Such situations are outside our control, but our support team is always available to assist.
4. Tracking Your Order
Every order includes full tracking at no extra cost. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For orders delivered outside the European Union:
• Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices
• We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges before ordering
• Customs-related delays are outside our control and do not qualify as grounds for a refund of the product
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package:
• Check with neighbors, your building's reception, or any safe location your carrier may have used
• Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
• If the issue remains unresolved after checking with the carrier, contact us at support@safe-summer.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
For orders confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at support@safe-summer.com. We can only update addresses before an order is dispatched. Once shipped, parcels cannot be redirected. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will reship at no additional charge as a one-time courtesy.
8. Delivery Restrictions
While we ship to most destinations worldwide, we are unable to guarantee delivery to certain remote locations or countries where reliable carrier service is not available. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your address, please contact us before placing your order.
